Shipping Information

For your convenience all items sent to UK destinations will be sent using Royal Mail’s 1st class delivery service. Royal Mail 1st class is not a guaranteed next day delivery service.

Item/s will be dispatched within 10 days of placing an order. Orders are dispatched during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we have posted out your parcel.

UK MAINLAND (First Class Royal Mail):  1 – 3 Days
UK ISLANDS (First Class Royal Mail): 2 – 4 Days

If you experience any problems with your delivery please do contact us either via our website or by emailing us direct at info@simplystylishsilver.co.uk Your parcel should arrive on time and in good condition as every effort is taken to wrap and protect your items carefully prior to dispatching to avoid damage whilst in transit. Your parcel may require a signature upon delivery, if you are out Royal Mail will leave a calling card advising you how to collect your items or how to re-book another delivery day.

 


Easy Returns & Exchanges

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days upon receipt of your item. If 14 days have passed since receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, typically 3 to 5 days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact info@simplystylishsilver.co.uk
 

Sale Items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item please email info@simplystylishsilver.co.uk

Shipping
To return your product, please get in touch via info@simplystylishsilver.co.uk. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please do consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
